Belcher Family Reunion

It was nice to see so many cousins, Aunts, and Uncles at the Belcher Family Reunion! I really enjoyed catching up with so many of them.

Kara is painting a rock.
Tanner was finding balls floating down the creek and redeeming them for candy.
Kendra was finding prizes in the box.

Ladies Night Out

We all went to the Claim Jumper for Dinner! Even Aunt Judie came. Dinner was great, but dessert was better. All six of us shared a huge eclair and brownie sunday.

Seal Beach

Seal Beach was a little windy and cold, but that didn't stop any of us from getting in the water. Barry spent about 5 hours boogie boarding and let Tanner and Kara have a turn here and there. I even caught a few waves. Kendra loved the sand! And all the kids collected shells.

The Happiest Place on Earth

We had a blast at Disneyland! It was nice to stay at a hotel right across the street for easy access to the park. Tanner loved Jedi training. Kara loved bumping people on the bumper cars, and Kendra loved Dumbo. Barry had fun with Lynn and Matt on Splash Mountain and their "Splash Party." It was a fun time!Tanner and Great Grandma Ballard.

Friend BBQ

We had a BBQ in Heber and invited some friends to come. It rained so instead of having it at my parents house we moved to the church two doors down. We got to see Katy and Jason, Joe and Roxanne, and Troy and Jen. It was nice to catch up with everyone!

Oh Baby!

We had a baby shower for Kim on Saturday. It was fun to see so many friends and family there. Barry was of course in charge of cutting the pineapple and then he arranged the fruit on the tray to say Kim. What a cute husband I have!
Kim scored with lots of cute baby girl clothes. Lots of pink and brown. Lisa made a really cute crib set for the baby.

Caravan

Our adventure began as soon as Barry came home from taking his test. He had a sleepless night only getting a couple hours of rest before his exam, so he was exhausted. We all piled into the Civic...it was a tight squeeze, but it wasn't too bad. I drove until it got too dark and stormy. The only time I could see the road was when the lightning would light up the sky. Barry took over for the rest of the trip to Omaha. We got to Erin's at about 2am and slept until 7ish.
The kids had a lot of fun this portion of the trip and were just happy to have snacks and car toys. They also loved listening to music, and singing.

We left Omaha with Barry and Lynn and the older kids in one car and Erin, the babies and I in the other. It worked out great! The kids were entertained to have cousins along. The babies were fine as long as we kept giving them bottles and letting them play with loud electronic toys. We stopped in Sydney, NE for lunch and a break. Both Kendra and Peyton had water logged diapers from all the milk. They both had to change clothes because they were also soaked.

We were all glad to finally get to Grandma and Grandpa Belcher's house. The caravan was a great success!
